What gets me about that isn't that he likes his steak well done with ketchup, it's that he paid over $50 for a dry aged steak well done with ketchup. If you're having it well done, you've rendered out all of the marbling and aged fat that make it cost that much, and the ketchup masks the flavour of whatever tiny amounts of fat are left. It becomes pretty much indistinguishable from a $2 one. He paid that much without understanding or caring why he was paying that much, which really is not a good trait for anyone in charge of other people's money to have.

The American people have already seen reams upon reams of terrible behaviour from the man, past and present. If people were fine overlooking that in 2016, they'll be fine overlooking it in 2020.
