I'm not sure he even knows how. Like, he's seriously so bad at this. Did you watch the speech he gave? He read the entire thing off a teleprompter in the most bored monotone voice imaginable. And when he went off-script, he named the wrong city for the shooting, saying it happened in "Toledo" rather than Dayton.
