Ignoring the absolute ridiculousness of discrediting a national news organization as a source, MSNBC isn't the source, the cops that they're interviewing are. All they're doing is reporting on it. Just watch the video, unless you think MSNBC dressed up a random person in a cop outfit.

I also note you called it "a paragraph", when the link leads to a video, making me think you never even bothered to actually look at the thing you're trying to discredit.

Shit like this is exactly how the 9/11 conspiracies got started. A bunch of lunatics zeroed in on some survivors saying "It sounded like bombs were going off" and concluded that actual bombs must have gone off (rather than, y'know, a bunch of terrified people who've almost assuredly never experienced anything in their life trying to describe what a collapsing building sounds like).
