In defense, possibly, but there isn't an outcome where shooting a weapon isn't with the intent of imparting lethal force. If you want to claim there's a firearm obsession in America, I'm going to tell you what I think inspired my interest in them. You probably hate it because it hits too close to home but frankly it's true. I like firearms and want to own them because I think their portrayal in video games made them seem interesting to me.
