Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

That's the oversimplified version told by someone who wasnt there. Turns out reality generally has more details. The kid probably wouldnt have been suspended if it was just simply an errant dodgeball throw Its possible. Sometimes, schools do something just to make a parent happy until they can actually figure out what to do, though... I'll just say this. It takes a pretty hard hit to the head to sustain a concussion. My guess is the kid may have been on the ground and was hit by the ball and his head hit the floor or something but that's just speculation MICHALECOLE is right. It doesnt take that much force to get a concussion. But, apparently, the kid that got hit had some sort of medical condition. So, that may be the reason he got the concussion.
