Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

Based on the information given, how can you possibly come to the conclusion that the kid was being a bully? Probably because he threw the ball at a kid's head hard enough to injure him? What kinda balls are they using over there? We had soft rubbery floppy balls that didn't hurt much when you got hit. That's everywhere, but it's not going to stop people from getting blasted in the head. right, i didn't see how many posts there were someone asked why i mentioned bullying. Breaking the rules and smashing a kid in the face hard enough to hurt him suggests bullying, but it's true I can't actually know the intent. It really depends. Ive seen plenty of kids get hit in the face where the intent wasnt malicious. Or seemed malicious. Some people just cant aim. Or are bad at throwing...
