Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

Tips apparently uses a rubber ball similar to the kind used for dodgeball. The ball is not thrown. Instead, players form a circle and a ball is tossed in the air. Players must catch the ball while jumping off the ground. Prosecutors alleged the 10-year-old took the ball and intentionally threw it with force once the game was over.
