Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

Race isn't relevant here, but that's the world we live in. Based on the information given, how can you possibly come to the conclusion that the kid was being a bully? Probably because he threw the ball at a kid's head hard enough to injure him? y'mean like the point of the game? Yeah ive seen a kid hit so hard he did a backflip and hos nose strated spurting blood. Wasnt any I'll intent as far as im aware as I never saw where anyone disliked him but it was thr quarterback of thr football team who threw the ball. QB was a nice guy too he just played to win lol Same here, football - and I was the one who got backflipped I cant say I ever got hit that hard but oddly that was the one sport i was actually decent at catching the ball. I played football myself but not in a position that typically had the chance to catch the ball. Not in my expierence anyways We didnt use those inflated red rubber balls though ours where this dense foam with that hardish soccer ball like outside.
