Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

Based on the information given, how can you possibly come to the conclusion that the kid was being a bully? Probably because he threw the ball at a kid's head hard enough to injure him? y'mean like the point of the game? Yeah ive seen a kid hit so hard he did a backflip and his nose strated spurting blood. Wasnt any ill intent as far as im aware as I never saw where anyone disliked him but it was thr quarterback of the football team who threw the ball.
