Topic	10 y/o Black Kid is charged with ASSAULT for throwing a DODGEBALL at White Kid!

Race isn't relevant here, but that's the world we live in. Based on the information given, how can you possibly come to the conclusion that the kid was being a bully? Not necessarily that but defaulting to racism when ever theres an incident involving two opposite races is kind of sad. Like theres many different reasons this could have happened such as repeated bullying or possibly over-protective mothers or perhaps the medical condition is actually severe. Lastly of the reasons I could brainstorm is that we have a law system that allows anyone at anytime to sue. But the kid got a damn concussion, must have been a pretty seriously hit. I dont think MICHALECOLE was saying it was race related.
