And I think the only skin showing is he face. As for he chest, she has them. Thats about it. As for underage, depends on where. While most of the US is 18, some areas here are 16/17. And other countries has 16 normally. The age of consent in China (Where Delta believes her to be a model from) is 14. And when you said she was 12, he said not that young, but probably in her teens). In China, she would probably be legal. And if shes 16, shed be legal most places, including some places here. But, thats really only if you sexualize her in the first place. Cool cosplay is cool cosplay. And its not like Delta made the album, AFAIK.
