I think Hillary was significantly better than Biden will be at turning out her base to vote. Though maybe that's not really relevant; nobody cares how much the Democrat runs up the score by in CA and NY. But there are probably a significant number of people in swing states who turned out in 16 to vote in the first female president who stay home if someone as boring as Biden is the nominee. I feel like more people turned out to vote AGAINST the first female president in swing states (blue collar states, specifically), than for her. --- Touch fuzzy. Get fuzzier.
