My music on my phone is 80s stuff. --- On topic, people can keep using stuff for reasons beyond using it. I know people who keep VHS players because they have home videos of people who have since passed on. Wouldn't be surprised if people have audio cassettes kept for the same reason. I mean... yeah but .... all of that stuff can be digitized and copied as many times as you need to create a more or less timeless copy of the video. >_> And that copy might not have the same emotional comfort the original has.
