You'd think India would be on the decline since it seems like they're already busting out the seams. Africa has lots of room though...dunno how much room is decent to live in though It's not just about the physical space in a country or convenient it's about the availability of resources. The planet literally doesn't have enough resources to handle this right now. Well it depends how much people consume. People like to talk a lot about African and Asian countries expanding population, but a single person in a third world country consumes significantly less resources than a single American or European.
