If you're in a 17 AOC or 18 AOC state and you're making passes at a 16 y/o in a 16 AOC state, you might still be violating your state's laws. As a general rule, it's not even worth risking going after somebody under the age of 18 if you're over the age of 18. Sex Tourism related laws exist for situations like that. LinkPizza posted... I dont remember if this is true or not. But I think they said something about gay marriage once. Like, you can get married in the states where its legal, but it wouldnt be a legal marriage in the others states normally or something. So, maybe its similar for the AOC thing. Also, I think AOC is just for sex. But you can still date them. Though, thats a really grey area, I believe. Idk... It entirely depends what local laws state about marriages performed in other jurisdictions.
