And explain why you did it and what you're going to do to fix the damage you caused. To not even apologize would be the cowardly thing to do. But she owes you nothing. If she doesn't want to hear it or understandably, wants nothing to do with you then you have to respect that and leave her alone. Should that happens, then I hope you learn from this & perhaps try treating the next person you meet (IG or IRL) with kindness.
