I'm glad no one actually took his bait in that topic because I knew exactly what he was going for. I honestly have no idea what he was going for. He seemed to just be derping around talking nonsense. He was bringing up Truman because Truman was extremely racist for basically his entire life before he became President (which makes sense, he was born in 1884 and raised in Missouri, his grandparents were slave owners, his mom hated the Union). While President, Truman went on to desegregate the Military and the Federal Agencies.
