I think it's especially creepy because the entire face looks like a bald patch with the human features growing out of it. Also, Rebel Wilson was the worst part of that trailer. Was that really one of the funniest scenes of her character? The cringe is real. Most of the time, rule of thumb is to just not add a fully realistic human face on something non-human.
