RE characters not named Jill or Leon are usually unable to get out of the first round, except with an occasional good draw in fourpacks. Rebecca is weaker than Chris, so Mid Fodder sounds right. L.A. Noire is a game you've either played or you haven't. Anyone who has played it might vote for him, but anyone who hasn't wouldn't - regardless of who he's up against, really, provided they've heard of that character. Cole Phelps is not a name you see often. Low Fodder. Frogger is a character people know but don't care about, seeing as he hasn't had a game - at least one that anyone knows about - in a long time. His name is meaningful to people, but his design and games really aren't. I lean more toward Mid Fodder for that reason. He'd beat more characters than Cole because of name recognition.
