Its because racist no longer means it has anything to do with race so long as a nonwhite person is offended.
Its pretty obvious that almost nobody even watched the video since he never calls the people hes talking to illegal immigrants and never tells them to leave. He asks if they are illegal immigrants because of their attitudes and they respond no so he asks them if they know the rules of the United States. He continues that they, the illegal immigrants, need to go back to their countries and never says anything of the sort to the people hes talking to and adds at the end that ICE will come for the illegal immigrants. This is obviously the middle of a conversation about illegal immigrants in general.
It's pretty obvious that he chose those people to talk to because they're hispanic. He asks the lady if she's a citizen. That wouldn't happen if she were white or probably even black
You dont even know if he chose to speak to them or if they chose to speak to him. Considering hes a store clerk it was almost certainly them who approached him, with the only question being who started the conversation about immigration.
