I've never thought of saying "get back to your own country" as being racist as any race can live in any country. With that said this guy is clearly using it as a racist term as he's assuming these folk are not American based on their skin. He certainly isn't someone I'd want working for me being as a paying customer could be from many different walks of life.

Its because racist no longer means it has anything to do with race so long as a nonwhite person is offended.

Its pretty obvious that almost nobody even watched the video since he never calls the people hes talking to illegal immigrants and never tells them to leave. He asks if they are illegal immigrants because of their attitudes and they respond no so he asks them if they know the rules of the United States. He continues that they, the illegal immigrants, need to go back to their countries and never says anything of the sort to the people hes talking to and adds at the end that ICE will come for the illegal immigrants. This is obviously the middle of a conversation about illegal immigrants in general.
