Or I dunno people could use common sense and listen to people, not necessarily believing either party at face value but creating an environment where actual victims can bring things to light without facing reprisals

Cause a woman making false rape allegations is a horrible fucking thing. A lot of women have gone to prison for it as they well should have. But a lot more women get raped by guys that never face any kind of justice
