She reiterated the grooming policy and it says hair just can't hang more than 2 inches below your collar and 2 inches above your head including dreads, braids but nowhere does it say it's not allowed. Not to mention that choosing not to cut the hair you've been growing for years for one random summer job's dumbass policy is in no way, shape or form "entitled."
