How do you define "beat"? Main questline? Main questline + civil war? Main/civil war/all faction questlines? Getting every achievement? Does DLC count?

Personally, I would go with "beat at least one major storyline arc you haven't before, and then keep continuing until you finally break the game with your incessant modding." And to do this at least twice (if one of the storylines is not the main questline, then at the very least watch it through via playthrough too).

But yeah. PC player. We have the necessary tools, such as fanmade patches for fixing all the bugs, to make it much better. Which, naturally, means we then do that, and then afterward just add a bunch of other interesting mods for changing werewolves or vampires to be more fun, messing with the skill system to be better, allowing us to see 20 different, much more impressive looking flowers springing from the meadows (sometimes even via multiple mods despite their creators explicitly saying that it shouldn't work, but hey it still does for some reason).

And of course, always commenting on that weirdness where, there are a handful of places in the game like looking at a stone wall near some waterfall by the first rune stone thing you are likely to encounter, where you can run the REST of the game at 60 FPS, but it drops to 2-3 FPS in that area as long as you stare at that wall for some reason, because even all the mods in the world cannot fix OR break that worse somehow.
