Topic	When you go to a restaurant and you get bad service, do you tip less?

Was the restaurant a little short-staffed and apologetic about the wait? Or did they just ignore us/me and cop an attitude to questions? If the former two, I usually tip 15% or more to help out, even if my experience was sub-par. If the latter, I don't tip and pay in cash so they can't make a scene out of it online.
