You said imagine if, so you gave license to believe it changed right now from what it is (uninhabitable by goblins) to the home of goblin life.

It seems some interpretation is needed.
another earth - a planet with the same mass, circumference, magnetic field, atmosphere, mineral composition, etc.. as earth.
the moon - not the object itself but the point in space it inhabits.
Two objects that size in close proximity wouldn't form a stable binary system.
However if we assume a binary system is maintained them we would have to ignore the moon's present location such that the the 2 planets are an adequate distance apart.
