lol that is the exact opposite of your 80/20. The principle says the 20% are by far the most important, since they cause 80% of effects. If anything, it says that the 80% should be sacrificed for the minority 20%, not vice versa.

However there is a very popular Pareto distribution that I'm sure you heard and instantly got interested in the concept: 20% of Americans cause 80% of crimes. Thanks for admitting it.
