Topic	Live action Mulan will not include Shang, Mushu, or any classic songs

This is true... I mean look up the legend of hua mulan. It sounds badass and can easily be a story without the dope ass songs. I guess my thing is if they truly do stick to that myth and not just rework the cartoon without the shit that made it great I'd be optimistic. ...but it wouldn't be a good Disney movie. adjl posted... Zeus posted... but why the f* wouldn't Shang [...] be in there? That, I'm guessing, is because Mulan's story really doesn't need a love interest. It does, however, need a commander for Mulan's unit (at least the way Disney told it last time), so I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens in that regard.
