To have all that build up, and then just Spoilers below be like "oh lol that was just a blank everything is fine" Right now my theory for who "c" is is Chairman Irina, unless the game is good enough that she's an obvious red herring. The amount of money for operations, the fact that the group has all this reinhardt tech, and now she's suggesting class vii doesn't go on field outings (also stressing "updating" orb net) Also it seems like aiming the railguns at crossbell with the emperor there will make her own creations come under greater scrutiny, which maybe was her big plan since she made them? --- werd ...
