Left to my own devices im usually going to bed right as the sun is coming up I do that a lot. As soon as i see the sun coming up, I need to sleep... Haha. Something abouy it makes me sleepy. Never understood it but ive been this way since I was a teen. At 16 my mom removed my bed time as long as I proved capable of getting myself up and ready for school which i did just fine with. I actually get mad/sad when I see the sun starting to rise. Or signs of it. And then I need to sleep... LOLIAmAnAlt posted... Night owl all my life. I get energized after 10pm. It's kind of awful tbh ~~but great~~ Im like this all the time. Especially after work. Ill be tired during work.
