The X-Men have difficulty crossing a three lane street at night and that sequence amounts to 1/6 of the film's runtime, and about half of the third act. And Nightcrawler is in fact present. Pretty sure Quicksilver is too, though the film is so forgettable that I'm not entirely sure... I highly doubt that literally all they're doing for that time is simply crossing the street.
