Topic	Taking yet another social media break

I honestly hate how social media causes my mental health to worsen, but I dont think I can truly better myself if Im already sad as shit and lonely and constantly refreshing fb, a place that really hammers home how excluded I am. And Im not one of those hippy drink water delet fb do yoga and you wont be mentally ill uwu people, so yeah.
