Based on the ethnic make-up and voting history of the 14th District, I'd say you're extremely optimistic.

The district hasn't been represented by a Repiblican since Jan. 1993, and there's a decent chance that she was elected based on being the daughter of the man who resigned to take another government position. And if I'm interpreting that article correctly, he wasn't elected by the 14th district, but rather became their representative via redistricting. And before them, the district hadn't voted for a Republican since 1920.

Since 1996 (the farthest back it has results for, disregarding the lone earlier result from over a century prior), Democrats have received over 70% of the vote.
