Topic	I have an idea to run by the great minds of CE.
bobtuse 06/24/19 11:31:21 AM #1:	I was driving from St. Louis to Chicago yesterday, and I was getting pretty frustrated with other drivers just dicking around in the passing lane. My idea is to tax drivers based on the amount of time spent in the passing lane. I'm not sure how/if this could actually be enforced, but I think it would make highway driving a lot better for everyone.
