15. Leprechaun

The luck of the Irish wont be with the unfortunate souls who watch this scareless, humorless piece of celluloid. Multiple borderline scene-ruining main characters, plus inert direction and a phoned-in script, lie at the end of this rainbow. I would like to give a special shoutout to one particularly heinous bit of writing, featuring one of the (more passable) characters blaming a ransacked kitchen on a bear, from the hills OF NORTH DAKOTA! This travestys sole redeeming value is the leprechaun himself, who is at least acceptable as a villain. For my tastes, in fact, hes more engaging than Chucky, despite being practically a rip-off of the latter; however, thats not nearly enough to save his movie.
