Not everyone from CE is a NEET. I've been in the same industry for almost a decade. This has been a process because I had to apply for licensing for the state I'm moving to, I was expecting it to take months because the TN Dept of Health is super bad about turnaround on licensure, probably the fact that I already had credentials elsewhere helped the process along.
And yes, I am waiting on a job offer because even without rent I still have bills to pay...and the way recruiters work I could get an offer this month or maybe not for several months. I'd rather start the process early because I don't want it to get towards the end of my lease (Oct 31) and have to pay a month-to-month fee on top of my rent payment.
