Topic	Any of you practice yoga?

The actual work outs provided by them aren't great IMO. Having a smooth talking, pretty bendy lady instruct me on yoga, now that's something I can get into. But the tenets of DDP yoga could be put into any yoga work out you do. I have about 10 discs worth of yoga work outs and then will do them on prime or netflix as well. I add in the DDP stuff every couple of times even though I haven't watched the discs in forever. I'll keep this in mind.
