The Mii Fighters don't "unlock". You can play them any time. They don't show up on the character select screen until you create a Mii Brawler, Swordfighter, or Gunner. They do show up in World of Light though to create the 'default' generic Mii associate with each Fighter, which will add them to the character select screen if you hadn't created your own by then. So how many fighters are there, including echos, the three Miis and Petey? --- Mind post.
