Med Student identifies the same cause of death as Politics Man, but nobody ripped his heart out this time. Our little mascot dude is being blocked from contacting the home office, so we send a messenger pigeon instead. The tarot cards we have are from two separate decks, oddly. (and Muraki's was ripped in half) Camille is chillin' with Muraki's corpse to give us some exposition- Muraki tended to her mom as well, for the same heart condition. (cough cough poison cough) She liked Muraki but he was taken. She and Hisoka have a little moment. Later we hear Actress and Kakyoin squabbling, then we find Actress dead in a box with the usual letter. Meanwhile, the home office has figured out that they can't contact us, so they're sending a team. Actress has the bite marks and missing heart like Politics...wait there's two cards in there and Kakyoin is also dead. Muraki snaps out of sleep. Hisoka has some sort of nightmare relating to what Muraki did, which also involved putting some sorta mark on him. Also rape. There's a bracelet that has been changing hands throughout the story, and it has a microchip with the layout of the ship. Camille and Hisoka have a little chat about our mutual friendo Muraki. Muraki murdered Hisoka and now Hisoka is....a shinigami, I guess, because he's not alive. Tsuzuki meanwhile is checking out a room that was marked on the map. Hisoka explains more stuff to Camille, which is convenient for those of us joining this manga in progress. Hisoka has a powerful healing factor now, and was chosen from among the dead with regrets to become a shinigami. Tsuzuki has been ambushed by...Muraki, with weird stuff coming out of his eye! Hisoka finishes bringing Camille up to speed (including blowing his cover identity) and asks her about Eileen. Eileen was a childhood friend who sold Camellia flowers (it's a REFERENCE y'all) and got hired to work on the boat. Then she disappeared. Meanwhile, Muraki explains that he's been pulling a Princess Bride and working on his poison tolerance for years, allowing him to put himself in suspended animation so he could....sexually assault Tsuzuki, I guess. Also, he has a glass eye, Camille gets around, and Actress and Politics were blackmailing Kakyoin into rigging high stakes gambling. Okay byyyyyyye. We find a secret chamber in that one room, but before we can investigate it, there's a scream. Camille is choking out Med Student...but she's not Camille, she's Eileen! Camille murdered her, y'see. She was one of several victims harvested for parts and kept alive in that secret chamber, and Camille got her heart. She killed Politics because the blackmail made Kakyoin more desperate for cash, Hojo was in the wrong place and saw the murder of Kakyoin, and Muraki was the one to take the heart from her. But the real mastermind behind it all was....whoops, Muraki shot her before she could finish that thought, but yeah it was him.
