I'm in the camp that believes that if the lad wants to move out because he doesn't like something, he's entirely entitled to do so, provided he does in an orderly fashion, contractually speaking in regards with the rent and all. The rest is irrelevant. Nobody is entitled to judge him on his reaction, it's a personal matter.
