I always wondered if not having social media makes you even more self absorbed tho. If you think about it you're probably not participating cause you don't care that much about what's going on with others. Most likely you'll spend that time thinking about yourself instead
Eh, not really. Everyone I care to communicate with I have their number. Whether it's group texts in What'sApp or just calling people up old-fashioned style to catch up, it's still pretty easy to have a social life without spending a lot of time on social media.
That's not what I meant tho. This isn't about having an actual social life. I mean the moments you're not participating in social life. It's all you time because you don't go online and read other peoples dumb shit....unless we're here of course. But we don't know each other here enough to think about each other after we leave topics lol. At least, that's what I assume.

Pretty much everyone is self absorbed to a certain extent. Im just talking about how much. And I don't consider it a negative to think about yourself. It's just a bit negative to talk about yourself too much. If you weren't self absorbed you'd be crying about everyone elses misfortunes all the time. Ain't nobody got time for that
