Topic	ITT I try to convince Nade Duck (and anyone else) to play Final Fantasy XIV

Two new playable races, Viera from the Ivalice games, and Hrothgar(which are more or less just Ronso from FFX). Two new Jobs, Gunbreaker is a tank, it's going to use Gunblades from FFVIII. And Dancer is going to be a support ranged dps. Dancer sounds really fun! You pick a dancing partner and dance at them to buff the hell out of them. If you want dragons, there might be dragons, but the entirety of Heavensward was all about dragons, so they got you covered, fam. The level cap is raising to 80, and with that a whole bunch of new skills and actions are coming https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaGxC7wnBDo" data-time=" Some highlights: Dark Knight is getting completely reworked. It's getting some classic dark knight skills like Dark Wave, and it's getting a stand that mimics your actions, and can even tank for you briefly. Ninja is also getting a stand that again copies your actions, but this should help make playing ninja even funner since it makes for a big burst period. Machinist is getting completely reworked, and is turning more into a greedy dps. It's also getting a bunch of Edgar's tools from FFVI, so hey it'll actually be recognizably FF finally. Summoner is getting a new summon, Phoenix! I don't know anything about summoner, but that should be all kinds of awesome. And my favorite class, Dragoon is getting more, faster Jumps, and even longer combos. Next, FFXIV is very story heavy, and while everything is usually locked behind completing the story, it's very well written, and it's clearly planned out years in advance. Some big story points that happened in the post expansion content of Heavensward are coming to the forefront in Shadowbringers, and it has huge implications for the overall lore, history and story of the game. And now we get to fight KEFKA FUCKING PALAZZO?! People were losing their minds. Oh, and there's no PTR. The trailers are the only clues we get to what new raid fights will be. When content patches drop, EVERYONE gets to experience everything for the first time together. And in ShB, Testuya Nomura is designing the 8-man raid series, and Yoko Taro is designing the 24-man series.
