Topic	Just finished the prologue to MGSV.

I think these skulls have two bars one is their health the other is armor. Their armor can regenrate so you have to rain some heavy lead into them to beat one fairly quickly. I anymore use the serval sniper rifle plus those pills that force reflex mode so I can land 2-3 headshots. But im fairly sure you dont have the serval or even Brennan yet.
