There's also Italian, Asian, Pacific Islander etc. Go celebrate your heritage and shut the fuck up trying to keep me from doing the same. Context: Irish Americans were treated as nonwhite subhumans for a good while. And I say this because I also hear complaints from Irish descendants. They always compare our experiences and mistreatment in the country so why is there a problem with the African/Black Americans celebrating our cultures and pioneers when they have an opportunity to do the same? @coinstarcad I have no idea who your main account is, but that is a good example of someone learning history and sharing it.
