Topic	Well I think I fucked my PC up.

If you can see the BIOS, or better yet plug a bootable USB (Windows, gParted, anything) and see that, then it's likely a Windows-related monitor setting you tweaked. It happens. I remember having to hook my monitor up to a spare computer to reset the refresh rate to get it to work on the other computer.
