TopicAre there people that actually took "AP" classes in high school?

lol, no. i took AP English, History and Government classes in all of high school except 9th grade, and having taken the normal classes in 9th grade, i'm able to compare them and i can say the AP classes assigned much less busywork than the normal classes. you were treated as an adult, and you were given assignments that actually mattered instead of things that were just something the teacher could slap a grade on. it might be a different story for AP math classes, i wouldn't know about that.

also AP classes give you college credits. i didn't have to take English 101 or 102 when i went to community college, and most of the stuff we covered in 103 Critical Thinking and Composition was covered in my 12th grade English class, even though that didn't give me credit for 103.


So you had less homework and studying time? Then I want those AP classes lol.

You had to be chosen for AP and my grades in standard were all Cs and Ds
