And in this one, he knows the jury support him. And, don't count on the House getting a fair trial in the Senate. The Senate sets its own procedure and there is no appeal from its decisions. Chief Justice Roberts presides but the full Senate can overrule him. If they want, they could give the House 5 minutes to present its case, disqualify all of its witnesses, refuse to admit any of its evidence, and proceed to spend the next 3 months hearing testimony (whether or not it would be admissible in a normal court) about Hillary Clinton's emails. --- September 1, 2003; November 4, 2007; September 2, 2013 Congratulations to DP Oblivion in the Guru Contest! ...
