He'll bargain down very quickly if you give him what he wants (for example, Trump Tower London, Trump Tower Edinburgh, annual military parades celebrating the victory of the Allies in World War II - rotated between Washington, London, and Moscow, removal of the windmills off the Scottish coast where his golf courses are).
