It's like the most common fetish there is. Where are all there other random body part fetishes? There's speculation that it's because in the brain-mapping, feet are located next to genitalia, so sometimes there's cross-wiring. But then you look around during the summer, and see women wearing sandals, toe rings, anklets, having pedicures, etc., and it doesn't help things.
