Topic	20 y/o Kid involved in SWATTING that got a MAN KILLED will have CHARGES DROPPED

The person who contracts the hit isn't more innocent than the hitman, especially because nothing would have happened had he not put a hit on the guy. The fact that he's not getting prison time shows that our laws haven't caught up to this kind of crime.
